The WhatsApp Integrator enables the creation of automations directly within Monday boards using custom recipes.
The process works by automatically sending a message when one of the recipe triggers is activated.
Possible recipients include phone numbers in "Phone" type columns or numbers from the "Mobile Phone" field in "Person" type column profiles. Applications for this feature include sending status updates, task reminders, deadline notifications, among others.
There are three different types of triggers for automations: Change in value in "Status" column types; Moving items between boards; Moving items between groups.

For Entry plan, templates are pre-defined and provided by the developers. Advanced Plans allow users to create custom templates and submit them for prior approval by Meta. This offers greater flexibility to adapt messages to specific client needs.
For the creation of custom templates, three different values from Monday.com can be used: the name of the item that triggered the automation; the name of the board where the item that triggered the automation is located; the name of the group where the item that triggered the automation is located.
